Athens Arquette has been a full time Real Estate Associate on the island of Oahu since 1999. He began his career in Real Estate Industry as an investor buying short sales,foreclosures, and investment properties in a low market in the late 90's at the young age of 21. Building his business around first time home buyers and and real estate investors like himself, he and his clients were able to increase equity and increase their real estate portfolios.Always enamored with small development he set out to build spec homes in 2004. Athens has gained experience in the building industry as he soon learned the ups and downs in new home construction. A very valuable tool he is able to pass down to his clientele.
